Place the sealed bag in a container filled with cold tap water and allow the product to thaw completely.Pour 2 liters of water into a cooking pot and bring to a boil over high heat.Open the Tamal en Cazuela mix bag and carefully add the contents to the pot while stirring continuously.Continue stirring until the mixture begins to thicken, then reduce heat to low and allow the product to finish cooking.Serve hot.

Yield: One 4 lb bag produces approximately 7 lbs of finished product, depending on cooking method and water content.

Optional Preparation: For a richer texture and flavor, part of the water may be substituted with milk.
