Place the sealed bag in a container filled with cold tap water and allow the product to thaw completely, ensuring the mixture maintains its proper consistency.Preheat fryer oil to 300°F–350°F . Portion and shape the frituras to the desired size.Carefully place product into the fryer and cook for approximately 5–7 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown.Remove from fryer, drain excess oil, and serve hot .

Yield: One  24 lb case  produces approximately 370 – 384  finished product, depending on cooking method and product handling.
